Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut water (natural electrolyte source)
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • Juice of 1 lemon (vitamin C + flavor)
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt or pink Himalayan salt (for essential minerals)
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey or pure maple syrup (optional, for natural sweetness)
